The ground floor is totally open-plan with four sets of French doors from the spacious living area leading to a private garden with dining pavilion & BBQ overlooking the beautiful 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The well-equipped kitchen leads to an ample dining area and comfortable sitting area with wood-burning stove. There is a large TV offering freesat channels together with DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment.
On the first floor both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom one has a wonderful fixed super-king bed and bedroom two has twin beds which can be converted to a super-king on request. For infants, a travel cot, high chair and stair gates can be provided.
The property is double-glazed throughout and all windows and one door benefit from insect screens. Gas central heating is available for the colder months.
All linens, including pool towels, are provided together with a selection of 'Faith in Nature' toiletries. There are also hairdryers in both bedrooms.
Guests have their own private entrance and garden and communal areas include the car park, pool, pool terraces and games field.
